Xeneta Keeping Employees Safe: Work from Home

To keep our employees safe and avoid the further spread of COVID-19, our employees in our Oslo, Hamburg and NY offices are required to work from home effective immediately.

The COVID-19 outbreak is now a global pandemic. Xeneta has a responsibility as an employer, as do all of us, to protect our employees and society by limiting the spread of the virus. To that end all our employees in our Oslo, Hamburg and NY offices are required to work from home effective immediately.

As we have a flexible and remote-work policy already in place, all our teams have all the tools and equipment needed to continue operating business as usual and service our customers.

In addition, we have banned all business-related travel and encourage all our employees to not do any personal travel until we know more about the spread of the virus.  We will use our video conferencing tools to ensure the continuity of our customer engagements.

This policy will continue until the relevant national and international authorities announce it appropriate to step back from pandemic precautionary measures.

A big thank you to our people, customers and partners for their patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.
