Thank you for joining the Xeneta Customer Advisory Board (XCAB), an exclusive network of forward-thinking Xeneta customers who have joined forces to shape the direction and development of Xeneta’s product roadmap.
Mission
The XCAB, was established as a forum for Xeneta customers to provide strategic input and advice on the direction of Xeneta. In addition, it provides a structure for questions, concerns, and issues to be raised and for Xeneta to engage with customers on important industry topics.

Estimated Time and Commitment
XCAB membership is a one-year opportunity to help shape Xeneta’s direction with a light, high-impact commitment.
In 2025, members will join:
In unavoidable circumstances or conflicts, a member can miss two meetings. If a member misses three meetings in the same calendar year, they relinquish their membership.
Confidentiality
Xeneta will be sharing private enterprise and product strategy details in these sessions and ask that due to the sensitivity of this information, all XCAB materials and discussions are kept confidential.

Membership Estimated Costs
In accordance with corporate regulations, costs for member travel and lodge accommodations to the Xeneta Summit are absorbed by the customer.
